Wienerberger wins first place in the H&H Webranking 2009 Austria, Telekom Austria and Zumtobel fell behind. The research includes Austria’s 35 largest companies listed in the ATX Prime index.

Wienerberger won with an overall score of 62.5 points out of 100, followed by Telekom Austria with 56 and Zumtobel (55 points). Zumtobel was also the best improver with a 11.25 points increase.

The average score of Austrian companies dropped from 47.7 to 43.4, losing 4.3 points, mainly due to more demanding criteria included in the evaluation protocol, which is updated yearly according to market participants’ demands. However, the Austrian result is in line with the pan-European average of 43.3 points.
