The goal with our H&H Webranking report has always been to give practical and well founded ideas to companies trying imrove their online communication. Since 2005 we have offered two different types of reports; Company Report and Sector Report, as well as additional Customised Sector Report and Spotlight Reports.
We started off with the Sector Report since many of our customers wanted to benchmark their website performance against other companies in their line of business. We therefore built a report that included all competitors, and consequently made it easier for companies to see where they have an edge and where they needed to work harder. It was also designed in a way for the company to learn and get inspired by both competitors and “best in class“ companies.
Although most of our customers still prefer the Sector Report, we understand that companies have different needs when it comes to communication and in particular online communication. During our thirteen years of conducting the survey, we have noticed that there exists a need for different specialised studies as well as more general reports. With this in mind we have chosen to increase our range of products and offer a brand new type of report called H&H Webranking General Report. This report primary focuses on what a corporate website in general should contain. It does not have the same company specific focus that our larger reports have.
All the reports are still built on the same online platform, however in order to meet the various demands from our customers we believe that it is necessary to offer both lighter reports as well as more qualitative studies and reports.
